Paying for GENOTROPIN
Once your doctor writes a prescription for GENOTROPIN, you will receive real support for your very real questions: insurance, coverage, and more. It all comes from the Pfizer Bridge Program®, a comprehensive service that provides you with your own dedicated PCC (Patient Care Consultant). Your PCC is an experienced professional who will work with you personally to deliver support you can count on.
Once you are prescribed GENOTROPIN, the insurance coverage process begins. This chart illustrates how the approval system works.

Help with copays
For qualified patients, there’s another kind of support offered through the GENOTROPIN Copay Program. This program helps save money on copays/coinsurance. Your PCC can help you with the easy enrollment form.
By using the GENOTROPIN Copay Card (the "Card"), patients acknowledge that they currently meet the eligibility criteria and will comply with the terms and conditions described below:
The Card is not valid for:
- prescriptions that are eligible to be reimbursed, in whole or in part,
by Medicaid, Medicare or other federal or state healthcare programs;
- prescriptions that are eligible to be reimbursed by private insurance
plans or other health or pharmacy benefit programs that reimburse patients
for the entire cost of their prescription drugs;
- Massachusetts residents whose prescriptions are covered in whole or in part by
third party insurance or where otherwise prohibited by law; and
- Puerto Rico residents.
The Card covers copay/coinsurance costs up to one hundred twenty-five US dollars ($125) per month for a
period of twelve (12) months; the actual level of assistance will be determined by the Pfizer Bridge Program®.
Patients must deduct the value of this coupon from any insurance coverage request submitted to their insurance plan,
either directly by the patient or on the patients’ behalf.
The Card cannot be combined with any other rebate/coupon, free trial, or similar offer for the specified prescription.
The Card will be accepted only at participating pharmacies. The Card is not health insurance. No membership fees are required.
This offer is only valid in the U.S. The Card is limited to one (1) per person during this offering period and is not transferable.
Pfizer reserves the right to rescind, revoke, or amend this offer without notice. The Card expires on 12/31/11. For more information,
please call 1-800-645-1280 or visit Pfizer.com. Pfizer Inc, 235 East 42nd Street, New York, NY 10017.
