This program provides you with a dedicated Patient Care Consultant (PCC). Their job is to be with you every step of the way, and help get you or your loved one started on treatment as soon as possible.

Your PCC will get started by helping you with the following:

Confirming if your insurance covers GENOTROPIN

Working with your doctor's office to provide the information requested by your insurance company

Letting you know if you are eligible for assistance paying for GENOTROPIN*

Even if you run into potential issues, such as:

If GENOTROPIN isn't covered by your insurance

If your insurance coverage has changed

If you’re unable to pay the costs for treatment

Your PCC can also:

Assist with insurance appeals on your behalf

Help you get GENOTROPIN for free if you qualify

Help provide ongoing financial assistance if you qualify and are having trouble paying for GENOTROPIN

In addition, your PCC can help with:

  • Scheduling delivery of your GENOTROPIN Patient Starter Kit
  • Coordinating in-home injection training with an experienced nurse
  • Working with your pharmacy to schedule delivery of your first shipment of GENOTROPIN



The GENOTROPIN Savings Program is not health insurance. This copay/coinsurance is available at participating pharmacies. Pfizer reserves the right to rescind, revoke, or amend this offer without notice. No membership fee. Some restrictions apply.
